Trademark Evaluation & Conflict Check

We evaluate the distinctiveness and eligibility of your brand elements (i.e., your logos, slogans, trade names and designs) for trademark registration availability & complete a comprehensive TM search and assessment of potential conflicts with existing trademarks.

Application Submission

Once the application is ready to go, we’ll submit it on your behalf in accordance with all trademark office requirements and procedures. *Clients are responsible for payment of the USPTO Filing Fee ($350 per class). Additional fees apply for international registrations.
