Property Photography Release

This release outlines the terms and conditions of the agreement between the interior designer (or photographer) and the property owner, and covers all relevant aspects of a standard release, including provisions for the use and distribution of the photographs, ensuring that interior designer has the right to use and display the photographs for promotional and marketing purposes. It also provides the necessary protection for the interior designer in case of any issue arising from the use of the photographs.

• the owner's permission to use their likeness (optional)

• release of the designer from claims by the owner relating to the images
